Where are meetings held?
Meetings can be held virtually, via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. You can visit us in our Salisbury office, or we can travel to your home or place of work.
What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?
Three months’ payslips, three months’ bank statements, proof of ID and address, proof of deposit.
Should I choose a local mortgage adviser?
Working with a local mortgage adviser can be beneficial, especially if you value face-to-face consultations and a more personal touch. However, it’s not essential. Many advisers, offer their expertise remotely across the UK, ensuring you receive professional guidance no matter your location.
