VouchedFor – TripAdvisor for financial services

Reviews are important. We’re sure before you’ve gone for a meal you’ve checked a restaurant’s rating on TripAdvisor and read the reviews, the same goes for financial planners.

VouchedFor is an online system built especially for financial services. It allows clients to review their planner, ranking them on three key criteria; value, service and advice given. With these three scores, the system then creates a score out of 5 stars.

Michelle has a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Her clients often comment on her fantastic communication throughout the process.

What our clients are saying

If you’d like to know what our clients think about the service Michelle provides simply click here and take a look at her VouchedFor page. However, if you’d prefer a quick round-up we’ve included our favourite review below:

“Michelle spent quality time getting to know Dan & I, finding out as much as she could about us on a personal level as well as a financial level. Everything was explained to us so clearly, with no scary jargon which really helped us to understand the process. Michelle was available to us throughout every step, no question was a silly question and we truly felt as though she was personally invested in our success.”

If you’re a client who has previously left us a review we’d like to say a huge thank you. They help us no end.

Michelle’s further qualifications

To further develop her knowledge Michelle has recently undertaken further qualifications.

The first of which is was becoming Certified as a Financial Abuse Specialist. This will allow victims, survivors and/or their friends and family to identify and select certified specialists. Helping them find advisers in their locality who have proven their knowledge and expertise to support and guide safely in this area.

Secondly, Michelle has completed her certificate in Relational Financial Planning. This certificate was designed to incorporate coaching and life planning skills into a financial planner’s work.

We’re excited to see Michelle implement what she has learned during these qualifications into her work with clients.
